How to use

  • 1. First off, head over to Chatbase.com and create an account. It's as easy as tying your shoelaces, even easier if you already have a Google account you can use.
  • 2. Once signed in, the next step is to add an agent. You can do this by clicking on 'Agents,' and then 'Create Agent.' Follow the instructions, and you're good to go.
  • 3. When your agent is in place, you can start uploading your conversation logs. Use the ‘Upload Logs’ feature under the 'Logs' section. The logs should be in a JSON format with specific fields. As they say, garbage in, garbage out, so make sure your logs are correct!
